Nice quiet location & easy drive to centre of town. Very clean, spacious & comfy beds. Positive: Great location in quiet street. Spacious rooms, very clean & beds very comfortable. Nice outdoor area and easy off street parking. Negative: There was nothing we didn't like about this property.

Good location, big rooms and plenty of space for pets. Positive: Big house. Big back yard for pets. Comfortable bed. Negative: Main bedroom curtains needed to be secured shut. Could not get wifi to work.

Unhygienic Positive: The house has a modern-vintage feel, updated kitchen & bathroom. It was neat & tidy minus some concerns with the dirty bedding & dishes as noted below. Negative: Having stayed at this house twice in 1 week - the 2nd stay was extremely disappointing; we could clearly see other people had been there in the days following our first stay. The fridge smelt really bad (there was a bit of a 2L milk left in in it but that was in date & seemingly not responsible for the putrid smell) & the freezer & dishes in cupboards were no longer clean. The bedding was disgustingly dirty & had hairs on it - we were pretty sure it hadn't been changed between guests & took photos of the marks (including some of the marks that were there days prior during our first stay). We considered sleeping on the couch given the situation but resorted to stripping the bedding off the mattress completely & covering it with our own sheets & sleeping bags. A number of windows & glass panels inside the house were cracked.
